30 minutes to make a difference…
Every third Saturday of the month, the “30-Minute Beach Cleanup” takes place at 1 S. Granada Ave. (@Ocean Blvd., Long Beach, 90803) to help rid the beach of trash and debris. The cleanup is open for all ages and volunteer forms are available for students looking to receive credit for community service. Approximately 200 volunteers show up each month and bags and gloves are included. Parking is free and group attendance is encouraged!
